  When we sought estimates for ductless A/C in our home, Leor stood out for his knowledge, the obvious pride he takes in his work, and the fact that he has a general contracting license and could take care of additional work that resulted from the switch to ductless. His crew did a beautiful job finishing the closet that used to house our furnace and patching and painting as necessary so that we were left with a completely finished project without having to seek out another contractor.

Leor’s prices were very reasonable. His installers were experienced and detail-oriented. He came by frequently throughout the work to make sure everything was going well and responded to any concerns immediately. I would not hesitate to use him again.   My central air AC unit needed replacing. Top Energy was the 2nd quote I received and Top Energy quoted me a lower price than the 1st company and for a larger unit. They showed up on time on the day agreed upon and finished the job without any problems. They delivered on everything they said they would and did so in a timely way and at a fair price.   This was the first time that my condominium HVAC had a tuneup/maintenance since my purchase. Top Energy was So responsive from the initial quote, scheduling, appointment changes, also accommodating some condominium insurance/liability requests. Both Sonya and Leor were great – friendly and professional. I was given a call/report with full sets of photos at the site of the service, including the steps/job being done and the recommended examples. Leor explained in details of the issue and recommendation with educational information. I trusted the suggestions and forwarded the proposal to my condominium HOA immediately and now just hope that it will be reviewed/approved soon. Leor explained everything to us beforehand and gave us a detailed and competitive estimate. The install took two days, they work fast and clean! They went above and beyond by removing an old floor heater and following through with city inspection.

  When my heating system shut down some months ago, I called Top Energy and was given two options. I could have a part replaced for a few hundred dollers, and that which would restore my heat for a short time, or I could have a proper repair done for about $4000. I chose the cheaper fix, and sure enough, three month later, there was no heat as predicted. So I had the recommend repair done and my home is warm again.
